今日は仙台に帰ってきて、これを書いています。いまどき携帯を持っていないぼくは更新も思うにまかせません。郡山のネカフェから書き込もうとしたら編集モードに入れませんでした。

郡山のまだほとんどがらんどうの部屋で音のない夜を過ごしていると、「腹減ったなあ…」とか「さて風呂に入るか！」とか「あいつ元気かなぁ」とか「眠くないよ」とか、いちいち説明的なひとりごとを呟いている自分に気付き、苦笑してしまいます。ドラマの中で独り暮らしをしている俳優みたいです。

本格的な引越しのことを考えると、ちょっと茫然とします。本って、荷造りしたときにこそ、その量に驚く。十五年前に引っ越したときすでにダンボール百箱を優に超えていました。加えてＣＤ、ゲーム・映像ソフトもたくさんあるのです。
思い切って売却しようと思って本とＣＤの整理に取り掛かってみましたが、どれも名残惜しく、本は千冊、ＣＤは三百枚程度しかピックアップできません。焼け石に水です。
人生の残り時間を考えると、もっと心を鬼にする作業に取り掛からねばならないなあ。
まずは鬼になるのだ！……って、これはエールのつもりです。<br>私も３年前の引越しの際、Ａ引越しセンターのお兄さんに「また本か……」とため息をつかれ、「こんなにたくさんの岩波文庫、本屋でも見たことない」と言われて小さくなってました。
